We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with any item or subscription purchased through Global Strike Command, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

All payments for Global Strike Command are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and locate your transaction using the email address associated with your purchase.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your refund request.
  3. Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@mscstudio.com and we will assist you with the process.

What's Covered

  • One-time item purchases (missiles, defenses, skins, boosts, bundles).
  • Subscription payments (VIP Commander, Battle Pass).

Virtual Currency

Items purchased using virtual currency (Strike Coins) earned through gameplay are not eligible for real-money refunds, as no monetary transaction occurred for those items. If you purchased Strike Coins with real money, the Strike Coin purchase itself is covered by this refund policy.

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
