1. Who We Are

Global Strike Command is operated by MSC STUDIO ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use Global Strike Command, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. The Service

Global Strike Command is a browser-based multiplayer strategy game. The game is a fictional simulation for entertainment purposes only and does not promote, endorse, or simulate real-world violence. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

4. Account & Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Engage in fraud, spamming, or other deceptive practices.
  • Infringe on any intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping data.
  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or any in-game items.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

To keep Global Strike Command fair, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, you agree to follow this Acceptable Use Policy in addition to the Prohibited Use rules above. Violations may result in warnings, in-game penalties, content removal, suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of purchased items without refund, and/or referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

6.1 Cheating, Exploits & Unfair Play

  • No use of cheats, hacks, trainers, aimbots, auto-clickers, macros, scripts, bots, or any tool that automates gameplay or grants an unfair advantage.
  • No exploitation of bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior. Discovered exploits must be reported to support@mscstudio.com instead of being used.
  • No modification of game memory, network packets, or client files. No reverse engineering of the client or server.
  • No use of multiple accounts to gain advantages (multi-accounting, smurfing to farm lower-ranked players, vote manipulation, or self-feeding alts).
  • No win-trading, match-fixing, or coordinated throwing of matches. No boosting another player's rank by intentional losses.
  • No teaming up against players in solo or free-for-all modes against the rules of that mode.

6.2 Account & Economy Manipulation

  • No buying, selling, gifting, or trading accounts, login credentials, Strike Coins, in-game items, or premium currency outside the official Service.
  • No use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods. Chargeback abuse will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all purchases.
  • No exploitation of promotions, daily rewards, the Lucky Wheel, Battle Pass, or referral systems through automation, fake accounts, or repeated reinstalls.
  • No tampering with leaderboards, rankings, achievements, or matchmaking through artificial means.
  • No phishing, social engineering, or attempts to obtain other players' credentials or personal data.

6.3 Harassment & Abusive Behavior

  • No harassment, bullying, stalking, doxxing, or targeted hate against any player, group, or community member.
  • No hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any protected characteristic.
  • No threats of violence, real-world harm, suicide encouragement, or wishing harm on others.
  • No sexual harassment, unsolicited sexual content, or inappropriate contact toward minors.
  • No impersonation of MSC STUDIO staff, moderators, other players, or any real-world person or entity.
  • No griefing — intentionally ruining other players' experience through trolling, sabotage, or disruptive behavior.

6.4 Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, share, transmit, or display through usernames, avatars, alliance names, mottos, chat, or any other user-generated content:

  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive material — and absolutely no content involving minors.
  • Real-world graphic violence, gore, terrorism glorification, or content promoting real-world weapons, explosives, or attacks on real people, places, or institutions.
  • Promotion of self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous activities.
  • Illegal content of any kind, including content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.
  • Personal or confidential information about another person without their consent (real names, addresses, phone numbers, photos, financial data).
  • Spam, advertising, referral links, fundraising, political campaigning, religious proselytizing, or unsolicited promotional content.
  • Malware, viruses, malicious links, phishing pages, or any code intended to harm devices, networks, or other users.

6.5 Service Integrity & Security

  • No attempts to disrupt, overload, or degrade the Service (DDoS, flooding, lag-switching, or denial-of-service attacks).
  • No probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network without written permission.
  • No bypassing or disabling security features, rate limits, region restrictions, IP bans, or account suspensions.
  • No unauthorized access to other users' accounts, alliance data, private messages, or any non-public area of the Service.
  • No scraping, harvesting, mirroring, framing, or republishing of Service content without prior written consent.
  • No use of the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or phishing communications to other players.

6.6 Reporting & Enforcement

Suspected violations can be reported to support@mscstudio.com with relevant details (usernames, room IDs, timestamps, screenshots). We review reports at our sole discretion. Enforcement actions may include, without limitation: in-game warnings, mute, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, IP/device block, removal of in-game items, reversal of fraudulent purchases, and reporting to relevant authorities. We are not obligated to provide refunds for accounts terminated for cause.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, documentation, trademarks, and branding associated with Global Strike Command are the exclusive property of MSC STUDIO or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

In-game items purchased with real currency are delivered to your account upon successful payment. Items purchased with virtual currency (Strike Coins) are non-refundable. All prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to local taxes as determined by Paddle.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time, which may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without prior notice, if:

  • You materially breach these Terms.
  • Payment is overdue or fraudulent.
  • Your account poses a security or fraud risk.
  • You engage in repeated or serious policy violations.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable period following termination.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSC STUDIO's aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the total fees you have paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MSC STUDIO from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice within the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
